Meet Kevin A. Lyons
Kevin A. Lyons brings nearly two decades of real estate experience to every assignment. He founded Lyons Real Estate Services on a simple principle: clients deserve one advisor who understands the full picture of a property — its value, its sale, and its protection.
Kevin began appraising in 2006, was licensed in 2013, and earned his California certification in 2015. From 2012 to 2014 he served as Appraisal Department Manager at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG), leading a six-person department that oversaw valuation for approximately $500 million in monthly loan originations.
His practice extends well beyond residential lending. Kevin has more than four years of commercial valuation experience — office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties — for attorneys, estate planning, litigation, bankruptcy, and IRS matters. He also served as a Project Manager with the County of San Bernardino's Community Development and Housing Department, coordinating Homekey hotel-to-housing conversions and administering the CDBG program for participating cities.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Business Management and is licensed in three disciplines — real estate appraisal, real estate sales, and insurance — allowing clients to work with one trusted professional from valuation through sale and coverage.
